Joel Harris
Principal/Creative Director

Joel is a product of old-school graphic design and visual communication. Having studied paste-up under his father in high school, he gleaned both an appreciation and a knack for visual design rules. He later went on to Visual Art programs at both Colorado State University and the University of Northern Colorado. He spent a number of years working for graphic design firms and ad agencies before honing his craft in corporate America, most notably at StairMaster, Nintendo and Fiserv. M+F is the culmination of his life-long dream of running his own design studio. He's also thinking of starting a blog... maybe.

Ashleigh Harris
Production Manager/Office manager

Ecclectic is the word best used to describe Ashliegh. A dancer, writer, office manager rayale. She's all of the above plus a little something extra too. She's the one that keeps things working correctly around M+F, the straw that stirs the drink, so to speak. Look for her in the Commune Movie snippet (and in the background of the actual film...) See? Ecclectic.

James Marshall
Producer/Music Director

James comes to M+F from a very diverse and eclectic background. He spent many years as a solo musician and karaoke champion before coming to M+F. His diverse bag of tricks and talents include a brilliant ear for music and a natural visual aesthetic. Also a product of the University of Northern Colorado, James comes to M+F by way of Heidelberg, Germany and Cincinnati, Ohio, where he moved after having a fantastical dream. He will oversee many details of general production, managing all music projects, and occasionally even creating some himself.

Stephanie Lupenski
Writer

Stephanie is a veteran wordsmith, having learned her mastery of all things written in the television newsroom, as well as at the National Atomic Museum in New Mexico. With a career that spans journalism, public relations and marketing, she has a uniquely well-rounded perspective and vision. Throughout her career, Stephanie has written and published everything from marketing and promotional materials to by-lines and features. At M+F, she uses words and structure to create the backbone of our projects. She's even been known to operate a camera from time to time as well.
